At The Perch and The Emerald Wildflower Garden, I support strategy and development for a growing interdisciplinary arts campus in Philadelphia, helping shape the relationships, funding, and long-term planning needed to support its evolution. This work spans grant writing, programming partnership development, and strategy, with a focus on building organizational infrastructure for this community-led preservation project.
